Returns & warranty
Clear returns handling and warranty coverage aligned with Australian consumer law.
Compliance documents
Relevant Australian compliance evidence — RCM, electrical, chemical, food, toys, etc.
Ongoing supply
Confidence that stock and product data can be maintained over multiple purchase cycles.
Documents to have ready
- Product catalogue with SKUs, images and specifications
- Wholesale price list (AUD preferred)
- MOQ and case pack details per SKU
- Lead time from PO to shipment
- Brand ownership / authorisation confirmation
- Marketplace restrictions (e.g. Amazon, eBay, MyDeal)
- Returns, warranty and RMA process
- Australian compliance documents where applicable

- Counterfeit or grey-market goods
- Products that do not meet Australian regulatory requirements
- Listings that infringe third-party IP
