Limax Consulting Pty Ltd is an Australian company operating online retail and marketplace channels. We work with brands, manufacturers and authorised distributors — sourcing quality products, listing them responsibly, and fulfilling orders to Australian consumers.
How we operate
Our buying is disciplined and forecast-driven. We invest in categories where we can add genuine value through account management, listing quality and reliable fulfilment — not through aggressive discounting or short-term arbitrage.
Marketplace operations are treated as a professional discipline. That means accurate listings, consistent pricing behaviour, adherence to marketplace policies, and prompt handling of customer contacts and returns.
Supplier relationships
We prefer straightforward, long-term relationships with our suppliers. Purchase orders are transparent, communication is direct, and we escalate early when something needs discussion. Where suppliers require marketplace or channel restrictions, we respect them.
We are an online retailer and marketplace buyer. We do not currently represent ourselves as an authorised distributor for any brand unless a specific written agreement is in place with that brand.
Growth and reinvestment
Growth is measured against sustainability, not headline volume. We reinvest into buying capacity, warehouse operations and marketplace tooling so that the brands we work with can rely on us as their catalogue expands.
