Limax Consulting Pty Ltd is an Australian online retailer. We purchase inventory outright — funded from our own capital — from brands, manufacturers and authorised distributors, then resell it to Australian consumers through Amazon Australia. We take ownership of the stock, hold the working-capital risk, and manage listings, pricing and fulfilment as the seller of record.
How we operate
Our buying is disciplined and forecast-driven. Every purchase order is a firm commitment against our own balance sheet — no consignment, no dropship, no sale-or-return. We invest in categories where we can add genuine value through account management, listing quality and reliable fulfilment, not through aggressive discounting or short-term arbitrage.
Marketplace operations are treated as a professional discipline. That means accurate listings, consistent pricing behaviour, adherence to marketplace policies, and prompt handling of customer contacts and returns.
Supplier relationships
We prefer straightforward, long-term relationships with our suppliers. Purchase orders are transparent, communication is direct, and we escalate early when something needs discussion. Where suppliers require marketplace or channel restrictions, we respect them.
We are an online retailer and marketplace buyer. We do not currently represent ourselves as an authorised distributor for any brand unless a specific written agreement is in place with that brand.
Growth and reinvestment
Growth is measured against sustainability, not headline volume. We reinvest into buying capacity, warehouse operations and marketplace tooling so that the brands we work with can rely on us as their catalogue expands.
